About Us

Find out how we can help, and how to make a claim.

How we can help

Our job is to establish who is liable and then claim the costs from the responsible party on your behalf.

If your cavity wall installation company, your insurer, surveyors or even previous home owners are at fault and have failed to detect or rectify the damage to your property, then we may be able to put it right at no cost to you.

We allocate you a solicitor who will create your case and take it to court. This is all covered by ATE insurance and our NO WIN, NO FEE policy, meaning you will never be out of pocket.

1. Book A Free Survey

After we receive your claim application we will contact you to discuss your situation. You will be asked to sign the CFA agreement - this is our no win, no fee policy. Once this is signed we will arrange for a surveyor to inspect your property.

2. Gather Information

Once it has been confirmed that your property has CWI damage, we will start to gather information and evidence to support your case.

3. Allocate A Solicitor

After all the necessary information has been gathered, we will allocate your case to a panel of solicitors for vetting. This is all covered by ATE insurance and a no win, no fee policy.

4. Build Your Case

We will liaise with the solicitors to ensure they have a strong case with sufficient evidence. If you have a strong case and our solicitors are successful, you will receive compensation.
